It Starts with Design
Our founder, Chris Bergeron, started his career working for the largest builder in the nation, Pulte Homes, working on projects across the state of Florida for over 5 years. For several years, Chris was involved in creating a wide variety of custom home designs encompassing all price ranges. For 10 years, Chris gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of home designing and development of construction plans. In 2004, he took the next step and started his own custom design service. In those few short years, he has designed and developed construction plans for over 100+ houses, including additions, renovations, and design ideas for both families and builders.
